Our strength and conditioning program is lead by Deonté Samuel. Coach Samuel is a personal Trainer with over 3 years of experience in multiple training modalities. Coach Samuel suffered a debilitating knee injury over 5 years ago that altered his sports career.  As a result, he channeled his experience to  prepare an athlete's body for demanding sports activities by building strength and mobility in all areas of the body. He has worked with a wide range of clients with goals varying from injury prevention, post surgical rehab, weight loss and strength building to improved mechanics & performance. 

Free Consultation

Meet and greet with Coach Samuel where he will spend approximately 10-15 minutes explaining his background and approach to athletic fitness

Recovery (by appointment)

30 min - $45

60 min - $85

90 min - $125

120 min - $150

Swedish Massage - $280 (4x60min sessions)

Full body Swedish massage & aromatherapy.

Athletic Assessment - $10

Coach Samuel will assess an athletes ability to run, jump, land, push and pull to baseline their current athletic abilities and to identify areas for development.

Recovery Package - $320 (4x60min sessions)

Sports massage, fascial stretch, deep tissue, cupping, hot stones, graston and compression therapy.

Division Performance

1 on 1 - $75/hour

Group (3 athletes max) - $50/hour

Monthly (1 athlete)

  • 4 x 60min - $250/month (1 recovery)

  • 8 x 60min - $500/month (2 recovery) *recommended*

  • 12 x 60min - $750/month (weekly recovery)
